The Webster’s definition of Marketing is this: the process or technique of promoting, selling, and distributing a product or service. Sounds pretty straightforward – doesn’t it?
The “process” mentioned in this definition is what interests me. An effective marketing system will bring steady traffic to your website and bring quality targeted prospects to my inbox. My idea of marketing is creating and maintaining a system to sort, sift and sell so that the prospects I actually talk with are already pre-disposed to doing business with me. This is what the attraction marketing philosophy is all about and its accomplished through the sales funnel.
